After using the entire bottle, I don’t know if I like it enough to purchase again. It did help a bit with skin redness, but I’ve used other less expensive products that give the same or better results. This rescue solution is not really a moisturizing product like a serum or lotion. Some hydration was imparted after each application, though nowhere near enough for me to skip any part of my skincare routine. I do understand that providing skin hydration isn’t the primary focus of this product. That would be calming skin redness and irritation before you go forward with applying any serums, lotions, creams, etc. In this capacity I’d have to say this rescue solution does a decent job. It certainly didn’t exacerbate any redness or irritation I may have had. My issue was how the solution didn’t do as much as I’d hoped to combat the redness my skin experiences. Part of that is likely due to how pale my skin is, which means even a slight amount of redness looks worse than it actually is. As for irritated skin (such as from allergies, contact dermatitis, etc.), I found this rescue solution to work better in those instances. Should Estée Lauder end up running a great sale, I’d seriously consider picking up another bottle.

Smell is minimal, and it works well to reduce puffiness. I think it has added a youthful glow in general, but the price is high. I do understand that a lot of skin care products are in a similar range for the type of effect, but I have not noticed to much difference with less well known creams for similar results. I will say that my skin does seem to be a tad more resistant to the 'tired sagging' than usual when I get less sleep, but the price still leads me to a 4 star review instead of 5.

I’ve been using this one for a while now and would absolutely love to continue using it. My skin is looking so much healthier. It’s a pretty watery substance, but dispenses with a unique plunger style dropper that I really like for it’s very easy to control. My skin happily soaks this product right up. I don’t really notice any scent, it’s not sticky and doesn’t leave a residue.
