Terrible experience

don't waste your money and buy something like Ordinary peptide serum at the fraction of the price , and the packaging actually dispenses product.unfortunately I can't recommend this product or the brand. I had paid full price+tax for this product, received and had issues with packing right away, the pump doesn't dispense the product and can't really be used if the top is removed. so now I have all product without access to it. I unfortunately started using it outside of 30 day return window with Sephora and they wouldn't accept a return. I was told to contact DE directly and they offered me 10% discount from my future purchases. well that was well worth stupid amount of money and they are delusional if they think I'll shop for their products again after this experience.

Not Authentic — Do Not Buy

I’ve been using this product for about a year and previously purchased from Ulta and Sephora.This product is NOT Drunk Elephant. It doesn’t look the same, smell the same, or feel the same when applied. The real thing is not a white goo like this, it is a lighter, mostly clear formula. The real thing gives a bit of a tingle when applied, whereas this product doesn’t.I’m stuck with two bottles of this garbage (subscribe and save), and I am going to give it to my 13 year old because it’s all the rage with kids for some reason who have beautiful skin that is full of Collegen and don’t even need a product like this.

Counterfeit Product Zero Stars

I have been using this serum for several years, so I know what it looks like and smells like. While I bought it months ago, I didn’t open it until my old bottle was empty today, long after three date I could have returned it. The packaging is real, but I was apprehensive when I noticed scuffing out the outside of the container and then when it was so hard to get the pump to work. It is filled with a scent-less lotion. I should just have thrown my $55.48 in the trash. I should have known better than to buy the product at such a discount, but I believe it was a Prime Day deal so I was hopeful it was the real product. I’m furious about the waste of money.
